Project Manager

Craftly Heritage refits listed buildings — the careful kind of construction where a Tuesday mistake shows for a century. As Project Manager you will run two to three refits at a time from first survey to final handover, keeping craftspeople, clients and conservation officers happily aligned.

What the role entails

• Own programme, budget and quality across heritage refit sites.
• Coordinate joiners, masons, electricians and conservation officers weekly.
• Keep clients informed with honest reporting — good news and bad, early.

What you bring

• Five years running building projects, ideally with heritage exposure.
• Sharp scheduling and costing instincts; spreadsheets do not scare you.
• A craft background — Northfield graduates to the front of the queue.
