What the role entails

- Sign off apprentice assessments and mentor six trainees toward certification.
- Own the certification paper trail architects and insurers ask for.
- Report monthly to the managing directors; no board politics, just the work.
What you bring
- Master-level craft qualification — Northfield certification strongly preferred.
